Hi /biz/ first time posting here so if I'm on the wrong board just tell me
I work for a small business that sells fold o mats to walmart as a driver.
Issue here is I get paid minimum wage to do both the work of a sales rep and the driver but recently my boss has been telling me that I'll start getting paid based on the sales I make. Which is complete bullshit in my opinion because I'm just a driver. I'm already underpaid to be doing the work I do and now I feel that he's trying to short me of my pay.
What I wanna know is he allowed to make up whatever pay rate he wishes?

Tell your boss exactly what you told us. You're doing two jobs for the price of one and now he's trying to get three for the price of one. If you let this shit slide he's just going to pile more and more work on you with no chance of a pay raise.
