What are the candidates reforms that we should be worried about?

>trump says he's going to execute hedge funds because fuck rich people
>trump will probably reduce internal tax rates and increase international exchange rates
>Hillary will increase taxation in general
>Get ready to go all in on hard assets and trade using them instead of USD
>>
Hes not going to tax international trade that much. That has bad synergy with some of his other propositions.

With Hillary we won't have to worry about the future. She will start WWIII to prove she is a man. In all seriousness I have seen no Hillary policies. It will be a continuation of the same slow bleeding we have had under Obama. Oh, and her cronies will be getting wealthy.

With Bernie we have to worry about productive people dropping out of the economy rather than pay crazy income tax rates.

I personally like Trumps proposals a lot, but don'
t think they will earn enough $ over the short term to pay off the national debt like he was claiming. I think they will boost growth, and cause significant friction overseas that is ultimately necessary. (We can't have zero manufacturing here - and china has to have a domestic consumer economy)

With Trump, i expect lower unemployment and higher inflation assuming the trade deficit is reduced via tariff policies and removing illegal immigrants from the workforce. The budget deficit would go down with more people employed and less illegal immigrants. Would recommend assets like housing.

Hillary will be much like obama. Ok short term prospects and deteriorating long term conditions of us fundementals. Look to Europe and no growth economies on how to invest.

Sanders will be like hillary, although quicker. No major policy changes will get through congress and nothing will get done.

Cruz and kasich will have similar policies as hillary. I would expect higher unemployment due to some curtailing of social programs and people are forced to work.

He has literally said 35% for anything or anyone not American.
>>
>>1175983
That wouldnt pass through congress and he knows it.

He could do something similar, though.
>>
>>1175942
I hope he doesn't pay off the debt. I fear that paying off the debt faster than we need to is a potential waste of a decades leveraging.

Manufactoring inside the united states will make our export profits take a direct hit.

Us using third world nations as slaves is best for our long term health.
>>

I disagree strongly. How can you expect to do engineering or science without a workforce skilled in making things.

So things are going to be engineered here and produced overseas with unskilled labor. If you don't have the skills in setting up a factory, know how to create the molds for an injection molding machine (or design for the process), know the balance between high automation and manual production, of what utility is your engineering degree?

When you have factories, you need accountants and financial services, you need the workers themselves, and you need the entire constellation of suppliers. You also need the machinery to tool up your factory, you need the electricians and plumbers to build out your facility, you need the engineers to fill it with products, and you need the technicians to keep everything humming.

Without at least some manufacturing base, the economy hollows out and you have competence in nothing except making cheeseburgers, and financial services.

If we loose all that, your 3rd world slaves are going to look around in 20 years and ask themselves what they need you for.

TPA will bite congress on the ass with a Trump presidency. It doesn't matter, it's a threat, and on American manufacturers selling back to America from overseas bases.
>>
>>1176016
Thise jobs are easilly covered. What you lose is mass unskilled labor, which just leads to unemployment. The only reason to keep manufactoring jobs here at all is pity.

Disregarding lots of smaller factors, such as velocity of currency, of course.

Hopefully ai saves us within the next 30 years.

You also need to factor in the long term health of our nation. Bottom line and the ability to buy cheap shit is not the only marker of a healthy economy. Removing manufacturing sets us at another disadvantage as it neglects literally half our workforce's capabilities. Namely, wtf do you do with the half of the population with below average IQ?
>>
>>1176031
>Neglects half our work forces capabilities
Why the fuck not? Third world slaves do the exact same work for less than half. A maybe 10% dip in quality is easy to deal with, you just scrap 10% of your work and you'll still be at over 900% more profitable than using first world labor.

Obviously there are other factors. No manufacturing/distribution of wealth would ravage entire cities and economies and be a massive dip in quality of life with only a small capital gain, not really worth it.

But it really shouldn't be a foreign idea that companies want to outsource production. Trump will have a few band aid fixes but this is a hemorrhaging problem and it won't be fixed without a paradigm shift.

Differant id's, im on desktop and phone.

This is a nation. Not a theoretical model. You have 75million people without the mental capacity to retrain to high tech work. WTF do you do with them in your manufacturer was society?
>>
>>1176076
>mental capacity
>IQ
First things first, IQ is not actually an intelligence quota. The only thing it can reliably indicate is the development speed of a child, it being associated with autism and wealth is due to averages. For instance, rich kids very rarely if ever have street rat/nigger tier upbringings, which means that statistically they do make more money and go to jail less, but there is no actually higher intelligence, and they will biologically perform the same as niggers. (relatively, races do have different stats)

Now that we know that IQ doesn't indicate job capability, you also need to consider that IQ always average to 100, adjusting to do so. If a large portion of the population is below average and quality of life has only improved, it means the average iq increases. If IQ didn't adjust, then the difference in IQ to say 80's would have a slightly higher average and a much higher cap.

Don't forget that IQ in adults is useless, so people living longer et cetera cannot be applied to IQ. Only genes/childhoods can be applied to IQ.

Thanks for being a pedantic fuck. Now answer the goddamn question.
>>
>>1176102
You don't do anything man, it's not even an actual problem.
>>
>>1176050

Even these supposed poor stupid American shits that are useless in your world view need food, shelter, clothing, medical care, etc. Either you can warehouse them in prison or section 8 housing and pay for all their needs, and for their children, OR you can find some meaningful way for them to contribute to their own survival and the advancement of our socity.

It worked very well for a long time. Get out of high school, get a factory job, retire at 55 having raised a couple rug rats and lived the American dream.

You have got to figure out how to bring people into the economy or they will hate you and kill you in your sleep when things go sideways.

Also for all you fags that await our glorious robotic overlords to provide all our wants and needs in the near future: It won't happen any time soon. Manufacturing with robotics is super expensive and requires major volume, and is not particularly flexible.

>>1176143
You just tossed 75million people onto the street corner slinging rock and sending them a welfare check. And that's not a fucking problem?
>>
Here's your daily reminder that presidents don't write laws, they don't vote on laws, and they still can't enact laws with just a pen and a phone (though they can sign laws with that pen).

It literally does not matter what the president thinks tax rates should be if he (or it) cannot convince the HoR to go along with it.
>>
>>1176230
It does, however, provide an insight into the candidate's vision of an economic strategy for the nation.
>>
Trump suggests lowering the short term(less than a year of stock or assets owned) capital gains tax to 20%.

Bernie and Hillary wish to double it.

>Buy stock in february for 100
>Sell it in December for 200
>100 net profit is taxed at %60, you made 40.
I see the market responding favorably. Daytrading and swing trading is already difficult.
