Is Seattle going to be the next Vancouver or San Francisco in terms of real estate prices? Is now the time to buy? I only see the prices continuing to climb. I hope by the time I am able to save up 20% for a down payment the prices are not out of reach.

mainstream media is already reported multiple times on the tech industry bubble popping. maybe in 3-5 years after the market course corrects to the supply and demand it'll be a good investment if you plan to sell in 10-20 years assuming these large tech companies even stay there and down fracture apart/relocate to other states/countries.
