Unfortunately, 1000 isn't enough to start a business. But, it depends on what kind you want to start. If you wanted to make foods, it would take at least 5000. If you wanted to make products, you'd need around 10000.

New websites aren't popular. That's reality. It takes months and months of hard work and advertising to get a following. Not only that, but you need to figure out how to do SEO. So I'd say, buy a domain, sell some products within your budget (or maybe try to dropship), advertise the cheapest way possible (like some free posts on reddit etc.), then you might start to see a profit and you can expand your business more.

You're joking right? You do realize that takes a TEAM of people that have to get paid by the hour. You need to learn how the internet works first before starting a website like that. You would have to build databases and lots of them. Buy shitloads of server space to run it, then hire frontend and backend developers. You clearly have no clue. those things are not cheap. Your best bet is to either:
- get a lawnmower and bust your ass
- rent one for a day and knock out 10-12 houses. (each at 1-2hrs depending on size and extra bullshit)

Start a home painting business. You can make a lot of money and you don't need much more than $1000 to start off. You can hire more people as you see fit and expand quickly if demand is there.
