What are my investment options using only paypal?
I live in Venezuela and don't want el jefe to steal my gains, and even 6%/year on the obamas that I make online would be enough to give me some piece.

Since they have no accountability, our customs steal all TP and other highly sought goods for their personal use, or to make a profit in the blacket market. Without government connections, it is impossible to get this going, and if I had them, I would not have the need to hide my profits like that.
