Smoke shop, I'm thinking of renting a space in a friend's music venue / studio, only paying $200 a month or so, its on a main road but problems are that it is in the back of the parking lot not visible from the street, there are 2 other smoke shops on the same corner, and that its in the ghetto. But I figure if I undercut or match the other smoke shops at first since my rent is so cheap, and get people from the venue and word of mouth / facebook it would probably work out.

Its a music venue not a record shop, its not open yet but was open down the street a couple months ago and they had a good turnout at their shows, and yeah i have all my suppliers. also, what do you do about insurance?
