what's up guys,
I am a 27 year old young professional living in Denver, CO, USA and would love a little advice. I am getting part of my inheritance early to the sum of 200k to invest in some kind of real estate. Either put down on a home for myself, a multifamily complex where i could live and manage, etc.
...what ideas do you fags have in regards to investing my money?
there is going to be a huge price correction in my city with in the next 1.5 years...should I buy something knowing that I will have to ride out the low?

You could always get a retirement home somewhere nice and have a company rent it out for you. If it makes money yay if not at least you got somewhere nice to go when you wanna go on a trip or retire.

I'd just put it into reits and take my dividend but that's just me.
