my weekday routine:
7:00 16oz coffee and carb-dense meal
7:30 masturbate
9:00 2 fingers of lagavulin 16 neat
9:10 ~15mg adderall finely crushed and then insufflated
9:15 2 squirts of saline solution in each nostril followed by another 2 fingers lagavulin
11:00 6 oz of whatever meats I decided to smoke that week (brisket and venison tenderloin this week) and 2 cups of raw vegetables (cauliflower and carrots today), washed down with 16oz whole milk
11:30 ~.15g dab bho and 16oz coffee
14:00 ~10mg line adderall if needed, and 2 fingers redbreast 12 year neat
16:30 2 pints of whatever IPA is on draft at the pub next to my office building
18:30 dinner at cricket club
