Is it worth it to start mining bitcoins?
kwh is somewhat expensive in my country, but I could install some solar panels
Idk, is it worth the investment?
No black halving is comming in six months, difficulty is also going to increase by 20% soon. At best you won't see a roi in months

Naw. By the time you reach a point where it's profitable Bitcoin will be back at $200 again.

6 months? Well if you take the computing power and multiple it by 24 hours a day 7 days a week... Take that amount and adjust it for block difficulty... then you have the halfing which will boost Bitcoin price to a million per coin...
about 10 cents worth. Have fun.
I want to hide a bitcoin machine at work but I'm sure some nosy janitor or boss will find it

Are you..... mentally retarder ?
my tip would be, if you want to gamble, mine a promising altcoin. When bitcoin bubbles, many altcoins will explode in price multiples of that.
Most will be worth shit after the prices crashes again, so keep an eye on things.

What altcoin would you reccommend mining today?

none at all.
But if you insist on losing your time, check the rankings at coinwarz .
