I've been working outside transforming a garden. Shifting 30 tons of soil in total by hand and wheelbarrel, before that digging up the entire garden by hand with only a pic and then flattening the soil with a rake.

I burnt 1600Kcal running more than 2°30' at 14 Km/h yesterday.

Good. Don't do caffeine though, just look at all those office workers with their "cannot start a day without coffee". Caffeine is just another drug, like alcohol or sugar, you may drink a bit, it's even more healthy than not to drink it at all, but only a bit, not as much as those people do. Especially that as you drink more you need more for it to take any effect
