No, it sends you insane if you aren't doing anything productive or stimulating. I have gone to bed at 11pm and lied in bed until around 5am before I fell asleep for a few hours, waking up at 8-9am

start niacin 100mg and work up to 500mg. the "no flush" niacin is bad for your liver, just take normal niacin. It's actually called the anti-death vitamin fyi

Nope, i do alot of shift work changing from day, back and nightshift and it's awful, i've been doing it for nearly 5 years and i'm constantly gaining weight slowly aswell as disregarding my social life.

There are no shortcuts, go for a bike ride, eat healthy and socialise with other people. I jumped on the hype train and dropped 900mg last friday. Lasted me 3 or 4 days, since it was my first time and I slept a few hours more than my usual 3 hours per rest period.
Also gave me interesting dreams each time, too.
Probably going to jump to 2000mg next friday and see how it effects me.
