When I go to bed thoughts about how horrible my life and future are come flooding in so I need to be really tired to actually fall asleep.
Actually even when I can clear my head I won't fall asleep unless I'm exhausted. I'd really appreciate it if we could just set the earth to a 28 or 29 hour rotation.

Got some prescription strong melatonin.
It didn't affect my sleep in any other way than giving me too realistic dreams and making them so realistic that had to really think did it happen or was it just a dream.
Had to stop taking because the dreams felt like memories and really started fucking me up when talking with gf and me remembering things that I did with her that really didn't happen.
Was weird and fun experience.
