6 lines down, there's a double character that looks like a road sign, the diamond on top of the post. That's either a double E or a double O, provided that this is a cipher of the english language.

Go from there. If it's an E, then you have a good start as there's many of this character in this cipher. Just use deduction to guess at words, and use that criteria to see if it works with other words. I'll see if I can figure some out. Anyone up for a try?
