Obviously jumping off of a tall building. Here in UK, it's hard to commit suicide the quickiest way possible because we don't really have tall buildings that really good enough to kill us. Here we have to resort to poison and rope to end our lives...neither is the painless way though. You could try the tubes but it is not common here in UK, don't know why. We dkn't like to scare people, I guess.

On the afterlife part, there have been scientific studies that have tried to found proof on the existence of an afterlife, and after many papers some believe to have come to some form of consensual evidence. So there is a chance.

On the methods...people say that hanging is relatively painless. Jumping will create an utter mess, and a train method will destroy the guy that drives the train, I strongly condone with that method.

I'll tell you however, consider this option as your last, very very last 'no way out' anymore option. Life is not something that should be taken easily, and it should be done so after much consideration.
