I'll be honest. Not much can be done as of right now. CBT can help deal with the urges and (more importantly) the depression. Medically not much can be done. Chemical castration is an option. It just sucks. But it might be worth it, if your self-loathing is worse.
But there are some, albeit it being few, therapists who specialize in pedophilia. They rarely advertise it tho. For safety concerns, mostly. And as to not scare off other patients. So you'll have to ask professionals for colleagues that do.
If you live anywhere near a larger city, they likely have some treatment- and research-center. Even if not, there are plenty of numbers to such places. They can also help out.

I would also urge you to consider participating in research. The demand is dire. And you might get some new/better treatment out of it.
