is bipolar disorder worth wishing for?
i for one would be damn too happy to have extremely euphoric states in my life. i find it too amusing.

Sure, I guess. It'd be nice to have a 50/50 happy/depressed life instead off a depressed life. It's only a gain.
EUPHORIA.
Or maybe no? how about no. One personality/emotion and it stays constant.

See, the problem isn't 50/50 happiness and depression. The real problem is when you experience that "euphoria" that you're looking for, even though Im the back of your mind you know these actions will fuck you later, you keep doing them. (Sure, I'll take you to the airport, oh a movie next tuesday!? Why don't we all go to a baseball game friday?) Then the manic falls through, and you're left with a crushing sadnessthat nothing can really help with. Oh and on top of all that, you now have massive anxiety built up because you have to do shit that you don't want to.

Hell yeah, man. That euphoria sounds good. That last half of what you said is me all the time, so the first half improves on that a lot.
