I doubt that's what op wants - he wants plot but also porn. Ecchi anime is softporn max and typically lacks story. I've seen some hentai series which have some sort of a story but discarted them because whenever i feel like jacking off i skip to the porn anyways.

If you go on mal, the database there should be completish. So if you select hentais, and then sort by score, then you will not find anything that is good and juicy.

The closest thing I know of to what you are looking for is Mahou Shoujo Elena. It is mostly hentai but if it was not, the story would be watchable (but really short).

Alterantively, you can go for Visual Novels, there you will get 50hour+ top tier Story + Hentai.
