I quit 11 months ago.

My throat hangy thing was swollen from a virus and too much vaping (weed)

I couldnt breath, let alone smoke for almost 2 weeks.

When I felt good enough to toke up again, I noticed my cig cravings were just a side thought. I decided to see how long I could hold out. It was not really a goal, the forced break just made it happen.

Best advice. Use the patches to curve the withdrawals and do something to replace the oral fixation like sunflower seeds or toothpicks or sucking dicks. Your choice.
