I can't recommend cyber city oedo 808 enough. It's a brilliantly over the top violent action animu with only 3 episodes. Hell, watch the dub, voice acting is great (get the UK version if you can, better voice acting even though the va's are American or Canadian and has the defacto soundtrack that was reimported to japan).
