in 2008 when the Hurricane hit Houston (I think it was Cat4) they told people to evac, the streets got congested and there were hundreds who died from heat exhaustion ON THE ROAD because their car didn't have a/c and the traffic wasn't moving. it took 24 hours to go from Houston to Dallas (a trip that normally only takes 4 hours)

Hurricanes far worse are common throughout the globe yearly. Climate Change isn't a U.S. phenomenon. Also, not a man made thing. Trump is fully aware of the pollution problem and doesn't deny that we need environmental protection to some degree.
