The majority of mexican food is made to accommodate the mid to poor household.

But its also really good, convenient and overall tasty as fuck.

But you haven't been to Mexico. And you haven't truly experienced what food is like in different locations.

Did you know mexico is also a seafood country :O because 99% of americans think mexicans only eat rice, beans and tortillas.

Point is the most common foods are for the poor. They just happen to be delicious as fuck.

Well, technically speaking a burger is mostly the same shit anywhere but you can get a radically different flavor with a different cheese, different seasonings, and different dressings.

Real Mexican food has much more variety than people realize. Tex Mex is pretty much the same shit anywhere you go (what usually passes for "Mexican" in most of the US). Tex Mex is always some combo of beans, rice, tortilla, beef, cheese, and maybe some lettuce and onion. Despite the lack of variety and usually the fact that nearly all sit down Mexican (Tex Mex) places have virtually the same thing, I love it.

I do my own cooking in Britain too. Apart from some very traditional dishes that take ages, British food isn't great. U.S. food has got a different problem - you guys use way, way too much salt and suger, and processed shit is often considered a primary ingredient. Best food is in Italy and France, followed by certain Mediterranian, Latin American and East Asian cuisines.
