OK, so our queen is stuck now and castling to remove the fork threat doesn't really help, because the knights control the diagonal. I don't think the white queen is an immediate threat though, unless I'm missing something. We probably want to develop our bishop to trade with a knight and get some space. Maybe Bg4, threatening to double pawns? Not reallys ure.
