OK heres the little i know on bug lady since people have leaked other heros. Bug lady controls bugs but her main attack is more of a tjorb slow shooty thing. She plants these nests that can be destroyed by enemies by shooting them (more health than sym turrets). Her abilities include releasing the bugs to a neraby enemy/making them into a trip mine thing or attaching them to her body to create a shield that can damage melee champs or people she is in melee range with. Ult is a buff to her swarm that buffs any aspect of them -OP

So if the meta doesnt matter till mid diamond. Then why balance the game around plat? I think you underestimate how terrible people are at overwatch. And the game isnt even that unique. The only thing unique about it is that it's style of game is trying to be an e-sport. And that isnt entirely impossible but it's a stretch to say the least. Sure there are better games to be an e-sport and i agree overwatch being competitive is far fetched considering its limitiations to its style.
