My issue was that my phrenulum was torn into nothing but scar tissue after getting cut. Even if I have a lose of sensitivity on my glans how is that related lose in feeling to an orgasm? The lose in sensitivity would be an issue in reaching an orgasm not how it feels. That also appears to be the accounts of an adult or at least sexually mature male speaking of getting a surgery later in life where the risks are very high and damage to the nerves would be difficult if at best slow to heal. That is nowhere near the same as most cases where it is performed on newborns. I believe most doctors do not recommend getting it done late in life unless it is necessary. And yes I can still have great orgasm even still, can't accurately compare to what anyone else feels but have gotten to that level I would say from their account.
