What issues do you have with your eyes anyway?
Is it over-use of the eyes leading to muscle growth?
Or is it genetic?

If it is the former, the way I dealt with that was to simply learn to read out of focus.
Took a couple years to reverse the growth of the muscle.
My eyes are back to 20/20.
Well, the right one isn't because the way I slept for years led to it being squashed on the vertical plane, leading to slight ghosting. Fucking annoying.
Told a few others to do the same and it worked for them too.
Combined with reading glasses, it can help when reading awkward texts or things that require do require pixel-perfect focus.

Downside is it still leads to increased eye-pressure, damaging the retina over time.
