Dead serious question. I live in Kentucky and I was thinking about growing medical marijuana just for personal use. I never even had a speeding ticket but if I get caught what are the chances it will ruin my life with jail time? I was kinda hoping that I would only get probation since it would be one or 2 plants and only for personal use. Kentucky law atm is anything under 5 plants is a misdemeanor with a fine up to 500$.

I don't want to risk my family and money but I have issues with anxiety and anger that marijuana basically nullifies. I almost lost my job a couple times already since it's insanely high pressure and some people that don't care as much really let me down, so I laid into them verbally.

I never smoke outside the house and vary rarely leave high. Never smoke before work and only after to help me Defrag from work. Most people I work with are alcoholics or on antidepressants and anxiety medication, I see what it does to them and don't want it to destroy me like that. Marijuana has helped tremendously but I never been a criminal.

Long winded but I guess I'm asking, how much trouble would I get into for 1 or 2 plants? Cause I don't like dealing with dealers and it hits the pocket pretty hard.
