I'm sorry man, but try not to give up just yet. Like some anon said sooner or later they'll find a way to fix this, and that could be just a few years from now. I don't have any real advice for you I'm afraid. I'm not in your situation but I did almost die a few weeks ago. Not really interested in talking so much about the details but had a bad reaction to something and had a seizure (23). I still feel off from it but I'm getting better. My older brother actually died when I was little and it was his birthday a day before this happened. My parents never really talk about it but I kept wondering what they would think if I died at that time.. I spent the last few weeks trying to get to know them better. I was afraid I'd destroy their whole world in this one night. I don't know your situation with your family but I would suggest using this time to get closer to those people who've been with you throughout your life.

To me this body is just a organic machine, parts can be replaced and repaired if necessary and every year we get a little closer to understanding exactly how it works, how we can heal serious injuries and cure diseases that would have meant death to many of our ancestors. You're still alive for now if you choose to stay that way, so give it a little while, maybe it will be difficult but if you give up your life now you won't know if there was a way to fix your body a year from now. Time is something you still have.
