I usually have Espresso Coffee, a Yogurt and a couple of Plum Cakes

Bacon, egg and cheese, with a hash brown, and ketchup on a hard roll.

Grab a big slice of nice bread, cut out the middle and crack an egg in it. Chef the shit out of it and it's awesome
