Ok so from what I understand, you were having back pains?

The first step I would recommend is to maybe see a chiropractor, and see if something is off. Because maybe you have a certain area of the spine that needs adjusting. After that, try the exercise again but subtract a bit of weight. Like 10 pounds and do your normal amount and see from there how you do.

I love cooking so much that I regularly make awesome shit for friends and family but then make myself something quick like a microwave burrito. I am obsessed with cooking technique and creating new shit. I have an extremely refined palate and I know how things should taste and I can make most anything. I'm obsessed with cutting vegetables... fine dice, batonette, brunois... I often wake up in the middle of the night, create something, try a bite to confirm that it tastes the way it should, and then throw it away because refrigeration/saving it ruins the original flavor profile I was going for.
