I used to use a lan cable, this worked but I can't use one anymore because reasons. Some people suggested ipconfig release, renew in cmd. This works sometimes. There was also so other cmd command that was supposed to fix it but the problem came back.

I remember having similar issues many years ago now. I had a a Dell Inspiron laptop that wouldn't hold a WiFi connection after our wireless router was upgraded from an 802.11g one to a then new 802.11n one. The WiFi chip in the Dell seemingly didn't like using 802.11n even though it was technically supported. Forcing the WiFi chip into 802.11b/g mode only fixed the problem. Might be worth trying, even if only as a temporary solution.

So, I've been having a problem with dark souls for PC. when I run dark souls on it, it runs fine at first. After a few hours, if I run the game again, I suffer a noticeable FPS drop, enough to kick me off of online mode. Restarting the laptop lets the game run at 60fps again, but after a while the process repeats itself. Also, yes I have dsfix, this happens anyways. Other games I play do not have this problem, and in fact the problem occurs with all 3 dark souls games. Specs for laptop:
