I went through losing 100 lbs over the course of several months. I busted my ass every day (literally) to get where I am. This is true. When I was a child, my parents thought I didn't eat enough. So they would pile on the veggies. Problem is, my mom used to use the smoke detector as a kitchen timer. So everything was burnt (she was lazy) or tasteless. All the other kids helped themselves, but dad would shovel this crap on my plate and make me sit there (sometimes til midnight) til I finished it. She ended up with a weight problem, because she only chose to eat fatty foods, myself, I can skip meals for up to a day and never had a weight problem.

It differs in states. Usually the poorer ones think it's normal while others look at them like disgusting zoo animals. Where I grew up there were maybe just 10 in a highschool of 2000
