Find a dermatologist who accepts your current insurance. Call them and tell them that you have severe sunburn and describe the symptoms. They will emergency schedule you within a day or so. That's if you can wait until Monday. If you can't or it gets any worse, then go to an urgent care clinic and have it seen tomorrow. That shit looks horrible.

Honestly you are going to want to see a dermatologist within the next month no matter what. They will give you medicine to treat that burn, and tell you how to appropriately monitor your own recovery. You don't want skin cancer and you don't want to end up in the ER due to a severe skin infection. Those will kill you and your wallet. Just pay the like $70 deductible tomorrow at an urgent care and then the deductible on seeing a specialist(dermatologist) within a week or so.

They are going to give you prescriptions for drugs to reduce the inflammation and the pain so you can sleep. They may even throw in precautionary antibiotics. That will make you feel better and help assuage any concern that you may have that you are going to die.

OP that is nothing to worry about. I had the EXACT same thing on the tops of my feet three summers ago because i fell asleep on my boat and my legs were up hanging over the side. I kept using aloe throughout the day/night. The only issue was mine got worse because when i put socks on the blisters would solidify in the threads of the sock fabric and when i took the socks off at the end of the day i literally had to rip them off after my skin grew back intertwined into them. I've been burned almost to that point on 3 occasions: twice on my shoulders and once on my knees.
