You are suffering from pornography and masturbation addiction compounded with low self-esteem. It is extremely common for young men who don't have a lot going on. Don't beat yourself up over it too much.

If it's causing you significant stress (which seems to be a pretty common thing around here) you can absolutely change your situation.

First, forget about the implications this has on who you are and how you see yourself as a person. It is not helpful to shit on yourself for being gay or "not straight enough". In fact, your sexual orientation should be the least of your concern. You do this because on some level it provides you pleasure, and to that end, it is okay.

Second, understand that this is an addiction you have, similar to a substance dependency. Treat it in the same way. The truth is that you need to cut yourself off from it for an extended period of time, say three months or so. It is not easy, you will fail and relapse many times, probably. That doesn't mean it is hopeless, or that you should give up. You will start to feel a lot better about yourself once you are not dependent on pornography to get off.

I recommend cognitive behavioral therapy exercises to help start convincing yourself you don't need this. This is about treating yourself better, not letting something as stupid as pictures control your sexuality.

After it's all over, you may find you are actually gay, or you may not, or somewhere in between. Who cares? Break the fucking addiction to porn. It is unhealthy for you in any of those cases.
