Unlikely unless each lesion is an individual tick bite. OP, any aches? I had lyme once and other than the rash/swelling there was at first an ache in my lower back, which spread up into a headache, and after around a week it hurt to even move my eyes. The rash/swelling approximately doubled in size each day.

It seems the conclusion is ringworm so I'm just going to post this for awareness reasons. If you ever have these symptoms PLEASE do not assume it'll go away on its own. Lyme can give you permanent nerve damage if left untreated. I got treated after a week FYI, and I'm fine now. /PSA

Hope you're here to see this, OP. It's not ringworm. I had this a few years ago, it's a type of eczema that for me was easily treatable. I just can't remember the name of it. It was 'something' cap or similar. Not cradle cap. It was distinguishable by a larger master spot and a handful of smaller ones
