Tell (not ask) China and Russia to reign in North Korea and to get them to damn-well cooperate and reach some kind of middle ground. If they won't comply, threaten to station nukes in South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan and to impose NATO-wide sanctions on PRC and Russia. If they still won't comply, respond to any North Korean aggression with show of force warning shots until they toe the line too much (like sink an American vessel or fire upon South Korea). Escalate the situation, and use leverage to blockade North Korea. Double-deal and offer both PRC and Russia reprieve from sanctions if they just let go of North Korea. Hell, Russia can even have eastern Ukraine. Once North Korea dealt with, re-unify peninsula and North Korea gets absorbed into South Korea's existing government just like the GDR was absorbed into the Federal Republic of Germany. DMZ comes down, families re-united, peace in the Korean peninsula, opening up of trade again with China and Russia.
