for heavier psychs I prefer acid to shrooms but love them both, 4-aco-DMT was fantastic when I tried it but nothing like shrooms, think I'm gonna start adding that to my sesh rotation.

This is such a mixed bag I think. Really depends on your support group and if you already have something going for you in your life. A lot of students can get away with doing opiates (pills at least) semi-regularly and find it pretty easy to come off if they never develop dependence
