It's a lot like that, it gives me a headache to listen to them talk just nonstop. So I ignore them talking and it turns into a quiet "background" noise. That sounds somewhere between static, whispers and ringing in my head.

Tortured animals a lot, this will need a little backstory, bear with me.
When I was around 17 I "moved out" of my mom's house, and lived in a what was essentially a shed. During this time I would dogsit for my mother.
I often took it upon myself to torture the dogs, I loved to strangle them, especially the small ones. There was this little wirehair terrier I used to hold up by the throat with one hand and let it just whine and scream and claw the ever loving shit out of my arm as I held it.
Then I'd set it down and pet it and let it know everything was okay, then just go back to choking it.
There are other things, but for the sake of time one story per post.

Just because you see things that aren't there doesn't make you a psychopath, that's just a fucked up stereotype we schizos suffer from. The thing is, I don't "feel" my own emotions. I can only feel other peoples. The only two emotions of mine that I am able to feel is anxiety and paranoia. By making someone else feel something I can feel through them. Causing pain, causes fear, which causes a rush adrenaline. That feeling is the feeling I associate with "being alive". I can't get that feeling, or any other feelings by myself.

When I go psychotic I hear voices telling me that I should safe the world, my empathy is greatly hightened even, I see hallus of people who aren't there guiding me on mystical quests, it's kind of like an acid trip, but my empathy is full intact and I'm far away from hurting anyone. That's a true delusional psychosis, or schizophrenia, I'll give you that.
But when I say psychopathy and schizophrenia is similiar, I really mean that psychopathy can be similiar to schizophrenia in many regards, not vice versa, and a lot of schizos are misdiagnosed, either by themselves or professionals as it's hard to say. At least around here, a lot of people getting the schizophrenia diagnose are often psychotic.

Personally, I am a psychopath myself (I've never told anyone, this is exciting), with schizophrenic tendencies, but as my psychiatrist said, this is most likely drug fueled (got a lot of different experimental meds as a kid for ADHD, as well as a serious addiction to weed) psychosis, and as such it's really hard to pin down completely.

In reality, most people suffering from either schizophrenia or a psychosis can be put under the same category of people who are anti-social and/or has trouble distinguishing between fantasy and reality.

Yeah? I assume you've had alcohol too, what about cigarettes? I've done those, as well as weed, LSD, meth, MDMA, DXM, and xanax, Never tried cocaine though, and I don't even know what Tylenol is. As a researcher involved in 3-4 studies in the clinical population of people who had just had their first episode of psychosis, I interact with people with schizophrenia/ psychosis spectrum weekly - do PANSS and the like. Some medicine trials, some pure scientific research including (f)MRI, EEG, etc.
