Ok, let the sides grow out a bit until they get poofy. Next, get someone to cut it into a fade going into the top while also cutting the top down. Go with a good length for you that you can part it about at where the fade meets the top and just do a solid side comb over with it.

I grew out my undercut when hipsters started wearing it, I'd had shoulder length ponytail and shaved-to-the-skin back and sides for about 10 years when these fags started copying it. I just grew out my sides and back, it looked ridiculous and floofy for about six months but I wore a beanie most of the time. After about six months I could just put the longer hair in a bun and use some styling clay on the sides and back and then brush it back. My advice - get a beanie.

That isn't true, the undercut is a classic men's style from the 1920 upwards. It only fell out of style once men switched to longer hair, from the 70-90s. Now that short hair is back in style, it's probably going to be a staple.

It's also one of the few short haircuts most men can do by themselves at home without having my skill.
