But the proper way to remove skin tags is to take a piece of floss and make a knot loop. Place the loop around the base of the skin tag. Tighten the loop down all the way to cut off circulation to the skin. tie another knot to lock the first knot in place. and trim the ends. three days later when you look for it, it will be gone.
