I've always wanted fir that to happen to me. I imagine myself going to every house and building, releasing all animals to the wild, eating all food, playing video games, reading books... But it would actually be fucking awful, electricity would be quickly gone unless you get a generator that works with water or wind you're pretty much fucked in winter unless you leave in the tropics. If you get sick it injured you can go to a pharmacy to cure yourself but after the drugs expired you're also fucked. Being completely alone would also fuck up your mind. I'd personally grab a pickup and gas it up if the power still worked at gas stations, I have four wallmarts within five miles of my house and about a dozen grocery stores. I'd go and grab some steaks, fruits and veggies before they go bad, have myself a nice feast, load up on toothpaste, mouthwash, floss, because you don't want to experience death from dental problems. Then load up on dried and canned goods, drive down to a nearby home improvement store, pick up some fertalizer and all the fruit/veggie seeds I could find. Drive somewhere near a lake close to a forest, hopefully there'd be a cabin nearby if not I'd set up some camping gear until I could slowly construct more permanent shelter. Plant my garden, go back to town on occasion to scrounge for random supplies and just live in the nature for the most part. The winters here don't get too bad so it wouldn't be too hard to survive.

If I didn't know what was going on, I'd spend my years in constant paranoia that I was going to see someone or someone would see me. I work with electricity and have been professionally for 10 years so generating and maintaining electricity wouldn't be a problem after a little scavenging.
