Looks most like a periodontal abcess. Not a blocked duct. Need to see a dentist, get an xray done. Needs some treatment, antibiotics won't fix it, needs scraping out with anaesthetic, xray will show if the tooth nerve is involved and needing a root canal treatment too. Extraction as last resort but could cause problems with adjacent teeth. Best of luck

Doesn't look like you have a chronic gum disease which is the most common presentation . Could be as simple as some food debris being pushed into the space between the tooth and gum and causing a local infection
