I have long felt that many, if not, all people are NPCs as a poster mentioned above. When I was younger it got to the point where I was stuck in a nuthouse for several months and drugged up. I finally toned down the rhetoric and kept my thoughts to myself.

No longer on any meds (havent been for years) but I still feel like shit is not at all what it seems. Don't harm anyone and just keep to yourself and you'll get by alright. Life appears to be a larger version of prison, just going through the motions until we die (hopefully).

People's eyes, theres something wrong with them. The way people smile, the look in their faces when they talk, over doing their facial expressions. Everyone does it. Look carefully, They open their eyes to wide and have an unnerving look in them. The intonations in their speech don't seem human.
