I didn't say that, you emotionally-driven bag of irrational impulses. I could feel anger at your display of stupidity, but there's a small delay between stimulus and reaction, and in that delay humans can choose how to react (life-and-death instinctive, amygdala-driven reactions aside). So if someone insults me I don't immediately and brainlessly swing a fist. If someone nudges me in a pub and spills my drink I don't turn and glass him.

That way I don't need to vent and, if I am assaulted, I'm more likely to be rational and therefore prevail. Simples.

I studied Psychology for a while out of interest, made me paranoid as fuck. Oh well.

Still, having a diagnose doesn't help much if I can't ya fix it.

Only advice I have is, save money, work out, get new job using previous saved money as safety pillow. If you do decide to act on it leave on good terms with the boss. Never know if you might have to bite that bullet again.
