I'm a huge fan of chiptunes. I have a few CDs, and met a couple chiptune artists. I sat through a seminar on how it's made, but I'm not musically inclined enough to make it myself.

Check out Kohina.net. It's an online station that I sometimes listen to for hours. Music on there ranges from Atari music up through the SNES.

reminds me of when i was 5 years old and had 0 worries and responsibilities. a time where you just love everyone and want to play and have fun. a time where being bored was the worst thing that can ever happen.

im so lucky to have had a decent childhood. i lived in a garage but i didnt even know until years after we all had moved. seeing how some kids grow up working at 10, being mothers to their brothers and sisters at 12. its so sad. i have no idea how my mom afforded a damn nintendo 64. these memories remind me of how damn blassed i am.
