Acne that bad needs medical treatment. Forget getting a gf, you're gonna have skin cancer if you don't do something about that. Just bite the bullet and get on isotretinoin. It sucks, it will make you even more depressed while you're on it, but it's the only thing that actually gets rid of severe cystic acne.

Honestly, if you want that to go away, eat organic eggs for breakfast, drink some organic juice/eat some organic bread through the day, eat normal chicken and steamed organic vegetables for supper. Repeat for two weeks. Make sure to consume at least 2000 calories total per day. Your face will be amazingly clearer in two weeks. Stop eating crap

You won't get one with acne. Trust me, it won't happen. But you can get rid of your acne, if you really want to. Wash your face everyday with non-comedogenic cleaners like cetaphil. Also use panoxyl acne face wash everyday when you shower. Then use a non-comedogenic lotion like cerave after you wash your face, because your skin looks a little dry. I did all of this and I went from severe acne to little to no acne at all.

Wait a few years. It'll clear up.

None of those things will help with what OP has. Home remedies like that will keep a few zits away, but severe cystic acne is totally different. At this point it's so infected he's going to need some serious prescription stuff, and will have scars his whole life anyway. I had the same problem.

Acne is caused by a bacterial infection in your pores. If you can stop the growth of bacteria then your acne will go away.
I suggest honey. I know, it sounds retarded, but it works. Honey is thirsty for water, bacteria are almost completely made of water, bacteria come in contact with honey and the honey will suck the liquid right out of it's cell membrane and kill it. Apply honey on your face twice a day, 5-10 minutes at a time, wash clean with an antibacterial soap. Do this for two weeks and you'll see a drastic improvement.
Bad news though, with acne that bad you're prolly going to have a pock marked face with little skin craters in them, but that's better than having a fermenting petri dish on your face.

Accurate. Go to a dermatologist and go straight to that med. It's not fun to be on and you need blood tests regularly but it will fix the acne. As for a girlfriend, be patient. Sometimes you just don't get one zits or not. Eventually if you keep trying you will get what you want.
