A nice hot hot bath. Rabbits need calories quick which they absorb best through the skin, so dice some carrots, celery and garlic and chuck those in with it. For best effect, remove the fur first. Season to taste.

OP, straight answer here nothing crule or unusual. As someone who worked in a vet office for a while i can probably offer a bit of help.

First don't touch it a lot, i know it is cute and fun to hold but these animals are very prone to being scared to death, especially the small ones.

Next wash the fuck out of your hands, it is a bad year for Tularemia. Also if you like your cat get it checked too. You might not get it but it is better to be safe than sorry.

Third don't feed small rabbits carrot chunks, they cant eat them. Feed them the tops of carrots, grass and dandelions (especially these because they have i high moisture content).

Lastly steel yourself for its impending death. Most small rabbits like the one you have are not the best at living in captivity. They do not recover from injury well either. They are prone to getting sick quickly and even with the best of care your chances are slim.

Alright, i think i will call it a night.

Keep the grass fresh and the litter changed. If it should live through the next 12 hours or so it will be up to you if you want to keep it. A vet would probably tell you to let it go but I am probably going to say if you do its chance of survival is lower than in your house.

One other thing if you take a real close look at it and you see little black beetles on it crawling around you can kind of assume it is sick. Rabbits are generally "cleaner" than other rodents and the beetles would show that it is not taking care of itself; I would say that is a good indicator that it is sick.

If it lives think about giving it a small sip of pineapple juice. Not a lot since it is a diarrhetic, but it is like candy to them.

Feed him veggies but no cabbage (pretty bad for them. Carrots, fennel and celery is a safe thing to go. More important is hay hay, ha and normal water.
After hes better release him again tl the wild, wild rabbits arent ment as a pet
