OK, I'll take a chance and pretend this isn't a troll. Your camera wasn't level, and you didn't correct that basic blunder in post. The picture is grainy indicating either a shit camera, too high an ISO setting, or both. Viewed full-screen on a 4k monitor, the details are... fuzzy. Out of focus, too slow a shutter speed... whatever.

But NONE of that compares to the fact that there's NO SUBJECT. It's just a snapshot of the inside of a building. The viewer is forced to hunt around the picture and try to find what they're supposed to be looking at. This is the primary fail of the photo... no, it's a snapshot.

As long as you have a good working grasp on how to use your equipment, never listen to anyone who tells you you're taking a picture "wrong" or that you have to follow certain rules. Those types of people think inside a box and will never get out of it.

Liking or disliking something is fine, but it's all, again, subject to personal opinion.

Photograph whatever you like and you think looks good and ignore the snobs.

Define the terms "good" and "bad" in a photograph. Besides the obvious like blurry photos, high noise, incorrect focus, you get the idea... (which means knowing how to use your gear).

Things like composition, lighting, subject matter, point of focus, and even post processing are completely subjective.

It's little things like having a bird fly into a shot rather than out of it. The "correct" way is having it fly in to give a sense of anticipation. The rule of thirds is CRITICAL to a beginner, and even seasoned pros still rely on it. Once you've been around the block a bit, you are still aware of it, but know when you can break it.

Critique can be technical things like suggesting a lower aperture for better depth of field. Post-editing tips, using the clone tool to edit out some distractions, etc.

Yes, photography IS an art, but there are still accepted techniques that beginners should learn.

The best edits are ones the viewer can't tell were edited. If you rely on the camera to do it for you, you'll always get a compromise. If your camera can produce RAW image files, you can edit ALL the information that the camera sensor records. Editing a .jpg will just be an edit of an edit and will lose something in the translation.

Some editing could make the colors pop and brighten it up some, but the question is, what is the subject? In every picture, there should be something your eyes are drawn to. More important is the mindset that a photograph, like a song or a painting, should convey an emotion. Hopefully the emotion you're trying to get across.
