As for mobile PC you can build a small "tower" fairly easily that will work just fine for most games and should be plenty small for travel, just find the right case and you're on your way. There's probably a battery system of some sort out there that could work a cube PC and a DVD player or other screen option unplugged for a while too but idk for sure.
If you can handle all the bloatware and whatnot then go for a good laptop and an external cooling fan setup for it. I know fuck all for the laptops as far as whats good goes though. Usually see a lot of razer but I have no clue if their laptops are as useful and good as their peripherals are.
