I smoked 4 years from when I was 16-20 which was 1998-2002. It started with 1 cig then was a pack a day habit. When I *wanted* to quit I was finally able to but I couldn't do cardio for 3 minutes, fuck for 5 minutes, or walk up a flight of stairs without gasping. I've been quit from tobacco for 15 years now. Don't start. Try vaping. Been doing it for almost 2 years but trying to cut back and quit now. Hasn't affected my cardio in the slightest.

Vaping has helped my lungs and body from the tar shit, but my nicotine intake is higher now than when smoking. Knowing the difference between nicotine and the garbage in cigarettes has let me keep off cigarettes and stick to vaping, however I am not in good health from vaping. I tapered off the nicotine once before but work stress got me back on it. In the next couple months I'm going to try again.

Be me 20, been smoking since i was fucking 12 (parents smoked so it was easy to take them and i had dumbass friends who got me into them)
I quit 4 months ago. I still want to light up a smoke almost everyday and have nasty cravings for them.

They fucked up my lungs, they stunt your growth, and they fuck up your pancreas.
They cost me $6 dollars but do to law changes now its $9 a pack!
Doing the math a pack every 2 days thats
$84 a month
&
$1008 a year!
Now its
$128 a month
&
$1536 a year.
And thats being in a estimate.
In my past 8 years on estimate ive spent over 8 grand on ciggeretes/killing myself.
