plug a really tiny usb memory stick in the back which has a bootable livecd and change the boot priority
also put a livecd into the optical drive, that's the second boot device
also, unplug the sata connector to the hard drive at the motherboard end - not all the way, just unclick it but leave it held in by the plastic only

and assuming the main OS is windows, in the /startup put the command
shutdown -f -r -t 17
will give them 17 seconds to figure out what's up before the machine forcibly restarts
